MBC’s fitness programs meet outdoors in the mornings from 5:15-6:00am, 6:15-7:00am or 9:15-10:00am. Thoughtful attention is given to designing strength and conditioning plans that provide a total body work out while taking into consideration participant feedback. Teammates are kept actively informed of health and fitness related opportunities in the community.  This program is for individuals who are currently active and are looking to mix up their exercise routine in a fun and friendly way.

Joy's Fitness Program for Kids!
 
Joy gets kids moving with fun and energized, non-competitive games as well as strength, agility and cardio-conditioning exercises. Your child will have a blast, learn a few new things, and, best of all, have active fun with friends!  Joy is passionate about helping children jump-start and maintain a healthy lifestyle, based on fun physical activity.
