Small Group Training:
Personalized training for you and your friends
Do you and your friends share similar fitness goals? Would you benefit from the accountability that a scheduled program provides? Are you looking to have fun while getting fit and also to enhance your relationship with your friends? If so, small group training may be for you. Sharing a trainer means also sharing the expense of a trainer. Boot Camp for Kids!
Kids will get moving with fun and energizing, non-competitive games as well as strength, agility and cardio-conditioning exercises. Children will have a blast, learn a few new things and, best of all, have active fun with friends! MBC is passionate about helping children jump-start and maintain a healthy lifestyle, based on fun physical activity.
MBC for Sports Teams
Team building, strength & conditioning and FUN are all part of “MBC for Sports Teams”. MBC will get your team in shape for the upcoming season with a combination of functional strength and sport specific training. Our creative and dynamic workouts will build camaraderie and self esteem, while also addressing the physical needs of the developing athlete.
