“Before Melrose Boot Camp (MBC), my exercise routine consisted of walking my dog. I wanted to improve my fitness, so I tried to run with her. I could not do it!! She was way too fast, and I had to stop only after a few minutes. So I gave up on that idea. Then one of my friends suggested we try MBC. I wasn’t expecting anything from the program other than just another way to get my daily workout in, but I can honestly say I my fitness has improved sooooo much. MBC always changes around the workouts and is such a fun atmosphere that you actually WANT to get up early in the AM and exercise. I think it has been about 6 months since I’ve started, and now I can run faster than my dog

“I LOVE MELROSE BOOT CAMP. Waking up at 5:30am is tough but Joy makes it worth it. My bff and I have gone for the past 4 or 5 months and I look forward to a different routine everyday. I even think it has turned us into Melrose townies a bit. I would definitely tell anyone who likes to do their routine outside, have fun, and have it be different every time to contact them. It’s GREAT!”
