Boot Camp is a dynamic strength and conditioning exercise program, primarily
held outdoors, with sessions running year-round. We offer a solid 45 minutes
of group-supported morning exercise. Whether you'd like to jumpstart your
fitness or enhance your overall athletic performance, MBC can help you
realize your individual goals with its fun, supportive and dynamic team
approach to fitness.
