New Evening Option!
MBC is now offering evening boot camps! The boot camp takes place inside Trinity Church, 151 W. Emerson Street from 7-8 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. This is a “drop in” cash only class without pre registration. Just show up ready to exercise, bring water (mat is optional). Exact change is appreciated so we can get right to the workout:)
There will be no evening class on Memorial day Monday, May 28.

If you are new to MBC, please fill out the medical history/waiver form prior to class. This only needs to be filled out once. Also, please add yourself to our email list if you are not already on it.

Thursday evening and weekend boot camps are paid for separately from our morning programs and personal training. You are welcome to attend all options but will need to make the $10 payment upon arrival in order to participate in the Thursday drop in.
Please note that silent auction and raffle donations to schools and charitable organizations are only redeemable for our morning boot camp programs. Please email Joy to redeem your prize and congratulations!

Joy’s upcoming yoga classes for children at B Yoga Center!
Drop in class for ages 7-10. No pre registration required. Suggested donation $10 with all proceeds going to cancer research at the Dana-Farber. Thank you!! over $200 was raised for Dana-Farber!

MBC for girls & boys 10-12
Melrose Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning for girls & boys ages 10-12
July 11- August 5
Celebrate fitness with a fun and energizing one-hour “workout” consisting of strength, agility and cardio-conditioning exercises. The age range is flexible. Please contact joy@melrosebootcamp.com for guidance in determining if this is the right program for your child.
Tentative location: Bowden Park at the Cedar Park commuter rail station
7:30-8:30am Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: One, two or three- day options are available at $10 per class. Specific day sign up in advance is required. A minimum of 10 children must be signed up for a given day for the program to go forward.
Your child will engage in:
*agility exercises with ladders and rings
*relay races
*tag games
*team building experiences
*jumping rope
*squats, lunges, jumping jacks and more!

Boot Camp for Girls 12-14
Melrose Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning for girls ages 14-18
This program is for young female athletes who are passionate about sports and fitness, who are ready to work hard, have fun and are serious about being in great shape for high school sports and beyond.
July 12-August 4
Tuesdays and Thursdays for four weeks- for a total of 8 mornings
7:30-8:30 am
Common Park
$40 per person for the 4 weeks
