Summer Fitness Camp for kids!

Melrose Boot Camp Fitness Camp for 8-10 year old boys and girls

Meeting Monday through Thursday 9:30-12:00 for two weeks

June 18-june 28  $160

Kids will get moving with fun and energizing games that incorporate strength, agility and cardio-conditioning exercises. Yoga postures, meditation and music will also be a part of the program.  Healthy food choices will be discussed and a morning snack will be provided.

Children will have a blast, learn a few new things and, best of all, have active fun with friends!  MBC is passionate about helping children jump-start and maintain a healthy lifestyle, based on fun physical activity and smart nutrition.

This group is limited to 12 children for the safety and enjoyment of all.  Reserve your child’s spot today.

Namaste Kids at B Yoga

It is never too early to start practicing yoga! Your child will explore breathing exercises, yoga poses, group activities as well as rest and meditation as part of the weekly class. Children are natural yogis and will enjoy learning new moves while at the same time building strong body and breath awareness, cooperative skills and self-confidence. Namaste, Kids! Meets once a week. The cost is $72 per child for a 6-week session. $48 per 4-week session. The session cannot be pro-rated but drop-ins at $15 per class are welcome, space permitting.

New Evening Option!

MBC is now offering evening boot camps! The boot camp takes place inside Trinity Church, 151 W. Emerson Street from 7-8 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. This is a “drop in” cash only class without pre registration.  Just show up ready to exercise, bring water (mat is optional).  Exact change is appreciated so we can get right to the workout:)

There will be no evening class on Memorial day Monday, May 28.

If you are new to MBC,  please fill out the medical history/waiver form prior to class.  This only needs to be filled out once.  Also, please add yourself to our email list  if you are not already on it.

Thursday evening and weekend boot camps are paid for separately from our morning programs and personal training.  You are welcome to attend all options but will need to make the $10 payment upon arrival in order to participate in the Thursday drop in.

Please note that silent auction and raffle donations to schools and charitable organizations are only redeemable for our morning boot camp programs.  Please email Joy to redeem your prize and congratulations!

Fight for Air Climb, Fundraiser Update!

On January 21 I hosted a fitness fundraiser for the American Lung Association.  Thanks to your generous donations we raised nearly $400 for the American Lung Association.
