Melrose Boot Camp … Where fitness and fun come together!

Melrose Boot Camp is a dynamic strength and conditioning exercise program with sessions running year-round. We offer fitness programs for children, teens and adults serving Melrose,Wakefield, Stoneham, Malden, Medford & Reading with several convenient locations.
MBC can help you realize your individual goals with its fun, supportive and dynamic  approach to fitness.

drop-ins for $12/class or sign up in advance at $10/class

Mondays, 3:30-4:30
July 8-August 1
